Bench Blended Premium Cider
Tasmania: The land of the Black Devil and one of the most pristine places on Earth to grow apples. The cool climate produces fruit of exceptional quality, ideal for making our premium cider. Black Devil has been crafted from apples freshly picked from local orchards. The fruit was hand-sorted, washed then milled prior to cold pressing.
Once the juice settled and filtered, our cidermaker Melissa Fettke used natural yeasts to start the slow fermentation process. Once fermented, the cider was carefully bench-blended and balanced before bottling.
This attention to detail at every step has created a refreshing dry cider with a crisp taste of Tasmanian fruit.
